Our goal is to be fair to our customers while protecting our business.

30 Days: We understand that sometimes you may feel the need to return your jewelry. As long as there is no damage to the jewelry, we will happily refund every penny. By law, we must refund it in the same manner it was received. (cash, credit, check)

30–90 Days: You may have full credit towards the purchase of any other piece of jewelry in our store.

90 Days –1 Year: You may trade in your jewelry for full credit; however your new jewelry must be double the price of the original piece.

After 1 Year: You may trade in your jewelry for half credit; and your new jewelry must be double the price of the original piece.

We’d prefer your return to be accompanied by a receipt, however it is not absolutely necessary.

All returned jewelry must be undamaged.
