I brought quite a bit of jewelry in to be cleaned and a good many watches that needed batteries or repair. There was no charge on the jewelry cleaning. I have paid to have jewelry cleaned at other places so this was a nice surprise. The watch batteries were reasonable and they were honest regarding what the watch repairs would cost versus the value of the watches. The decision regarding repairs was mine to make. All in all I felt these folks were honest and professional. Good customer service in my opinion.
